AO-IBM line out to National Postal Meter

I hate when they double strike the serial number.

I think I have a lead on a IBM receiver, won't know til mid next week.
I need one made after the dated IBM barrels were used. Roughly after serial number 3,836,035 so I can use that no date IBM barrel I have. Got help here and found out that barrel was proofed for a IBM.
But have my fingers crossed about the potential receiver.
Still hoping to find someone interested in a SG receiver.

Here's a photo of my AO-IBM Line out to NPM. I think the P/O replaced the Adjustable sight with a flip. Didn't they only put the numbers in front of the sight if an adjustable had been installed??

As far as I have ever heard, yes. Overhang on the rear of the sight was the reason the serial number was re-applied to the front of the rear sight.
