Yes, on horses, well originally. The MP is short for RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) who originally were formed in the mid 1800's as a mounted paramilitary police force who patrolled the "wild west" of the early Canadian frontier. Today the RCMP still exist as a federal police agency. At least that's the short version.Quote:
