You simply use the "Reply" button after you open and read his PM (Private Message). His PM function is working fine, so I have no idea why you're unable to respond to his request. Perhaps have another look .. ;)

I've also removed your request for information from the Gunshopper WTB forum as it's not the correct place for that type of post.
