I find the recoil 'managable' the big problem is when at the range, the number of people who run-up to stop you shooting as they believe you've had a miss-fire

It has happened a couple of times, particularly if I've been using my No1 or No4 and then switch to the No7.
At 100 yards (with the No7) you can pull the trigger, get up, have a smoke and a cup-o-tea, then lie back down and see the impact.
