No 32 mk3 turrets wont turn

Well I did that 3 times and it is still the same.
If I tried it without fixing with the screws, it worked fine,
fit screws and wont click properly.
Any suggestions?

No really I am.

Well I finally got some thin neoprene washers, what a hunt,
not at any plumber shop, DIY, garage pars shop, and many other place,
all too big, too small, too thick
got them from a tractor repair garage, got 10 for 1.70 plus the cost of running round.
The twins enjoyed being out in the car at-least.

It was just as hard to get the graphite grease today,found some old stock, what a run a round.
