Melanie Daniels----Where did you find that picture of the possible "sniper" rifle at? I am new here and recently posted a thread and pictures of my 1917 Eddystone I just purchased and it has scope bases in what appear to be the same place.
I am extremely curious about this since my rifle appears to be all Eddystone parts with the exception of the stock being sporterized.
