The squiggly wire things are unloading tools. Two each of two different types. Not sure which, (if not all) "conveyors" they are designed for.
Looking at the lever press type tool for loading and the spike on the other side for unloading, I'd say the lead projectile of the .22 rimfire is firmly seated into the bore of the conveyor. I don't know if they are rifled or not...
Can't recall where the pics came from originally. I was lucky to retrieve them from my last motherboard fry-up.
I have a similar Parker Hale conversion that I was going to post up here as I am missing the bolt for this rifle and was wondering if any were available.

It also needs the 22 holder/conversion device.
Any suggestions?

Interesting rifle! From what I can tell it is a SMLE ConD IV with non-standard markings that was converted to a .22. Does your rifle have the external ejector also? If you could post more pic's I would be interested in seeing them
Hey............., Beagle man and others......., how much simpler can it be............? Read the recent Bren forum articles and there's a machinist that will make you these parts...........
I actually searched the Bren Forum posts to try and find this above referenced machinist post and was unable to locate anything regarding the manufacture of conveyors, adaptors or inserts......re:Parker Hale 22's.
However, I now know a lot more about Brens than I did before.:D
It's not a post directly addressing conveyors, adapters or inserts......re:Parker Hale 22's. Just gentleman offering his machining services...

"I have been a toolmaker and machine builder for several decades, and have experience with .50BMG rifles, as well as machining of .50BMG components for semi-auto conversions. I also have an extensive collection of special tools to facilitate work on my semi-auto pistols, such as delrin devices for securely holding slides without wounding them, for disassembly/assembly, driving pins in or out, etc. I would be happy to lend any tools I have (like a special jig for decompressing/recompressing the mainspring on a Remington Model 51, for cleaning/oiling/replacement) to anyone who thought they could make good use of them, or perhaps make one for someone who wanted to own their own. I work for free, because to me, workiing on guns isn't working at all - it's having fun.
If my email is not in my profile, let me know in this thread, and I will send it along, as well as my cell number for anyone who feels a personal conversation is a better way to explain what they need. Thanks for your time.
