They're supplied by Accuracy International. The rifles don't have a proper sling swivel setup. Just little holes for the AI supplied slings to clip on to. It defeats the basic principle of noise disciple too just like the old metal clips on the M1 Rifle and M-14 slings not to mention the horrible Kerr slings used on the Thompson SMG and US M1917 rifles. I never could figure out why anyone would design a metal on metal attachment system. The first thing we learned in the Abn Infantry was to tape everything we could find that might rattle and give our position away. Maybe it was a plot to sell good 'ol hundred-mile-an-hour tape to the Government! That's brown duct tape for all you civvie types out there. LOL!!

I get the "Procurement" but why doesn't the MOD require the cotton version?
I guess I hoped the British Military wasn't a screwed up as the US Military.
