I must be the odd one out here but a Mustang is my Holy Grail of cars. I think if I had the opportunity to get one by trading one of my rifles, I probably would.
Thing is, I am not a car guy by any means, I'm definitely a gun guy. Weird.
Two cars I would love to have in the driveway before I pass on: A 68-72 Ford Mustang, preferably light blue or dark red and a 72 Super Beetle with a sun roof and Krager rims in canary yellow. I have owned several Beetles, one Super Beetle, none had a sun roof, none had Krager rims and none was canary yellow. A close friend of mine however, not knowing of my lifelong fixation drives up to the house with a canary yellow Beetle with a sun roof. No Kragers but that can be fixed easy enough. Waiting until she tires of it.
The one in the photo was my first. But at one point I had seven others in addition! One was a dedicated Solo II racer which ended up being quite successful. Another was in the process of becoming a full on vintage Trans Am type racer, and the rest were drivers and projects. But now driving is more of a bother than anything, so the work fixing these beasties just isn't as rewarding.
I'll add my name to the list of 'stang lovers but my milsurp collection is small so i would have traded a Browning A-bolt in .338 mag with Leupold scope
