They don't get out of the safe often

Well the rifle itself was an ex English made MkIII which had been FTRed in India, the barrel is stuffed and the bolt is miss matched. Somebody then tried to do a volley sight conversion to the forewood and destroyed it. The furniture is full of bog to make it look good. So it was no great loss to the collecting community. We have huge amounts of sporterised Lee rifles in NZ, normally we just break them down for parts. I know in other parts of the world even a sporter has some value but over here there worth nothing.

Looks like you have a few "cast-offs" from another collector there ;)

Yeah I had to scratch my head a few times but finally remembered all of them. Cataloged 50 of them so far and still a few more to go. Yes there are some nice cast off examples!

No problems, sorry the photos are not up to much. I may post some more photos of the really nice ones at a later date.

The pink and blue rifle was shocking at the time, but now it just seems like a trend-setter over here in AR land. All sorts of garish color schemes on the aluminum and plastic rifles now.

I painted it about 10 years ago and boy I got some stick for it! Its really just a collection of rubbish parts tarted up for a bit of a giggle. Serious collectors don't seem to be too upset by it but some others get very angry.:D
