I reload with 150 gr cast lead bullets at max load. These do OK in mine. :):):)

I would think twice about buying all of that equipment just to shoot a 1916 7.62mm Mauser. Go find a nice 7.62mm Israeli Mauser, better gun all day long.

Mine has a 93 action. I reload for mine using a lee classic loader, which is relatively inexpensive, and requires no press. I use 150 grain hornadys. I use the data from the hodgedon website to try and find loads that are closer to the 7x57 that the action was designed for. I also load 7x 57 for a 93 Chilian.
