Parts almost always bring more money than the restored rifle -- I have seen people "part out" original guns. IMO if cash is the primary goal, sell the parts. If your collection comes first, restore it.

Hard parts to find for that date frame would be a genuine flush nut sight and even a descent conditioned barrel. A complete genuine flush nut sight will fetch $700.00 plus and a nice shiny bore barrel with acceptable muzzle and throat erosion will fetch $400.00 plus.
