This is VERY sad..................... I left NY 20 years ago and never looked back. Sounds like a real good reason to leave. I would be crushed!!!!!!!!

Keep a stock of new barrels as well saves down time.

Steven, I think I have the solution to your problem. It's quite simple, phone in your ammo orders.
That would be too obvious! But I like having it shipped to the local dealer solution as well. Given enough quantity or repeat sales, they might start giving some price breaks for prepaid orders, etc. Then both dealer and customer are happy.Quote:

Just looked up the law. Phone orders would be illegal also. The law requires "face to face" transactions and background checks and registration. You can still order online and on the phone but it must be shipped to a registered dealer. It is considered unconstitutional and is being appealed.
