Just since I noticed it as of now .. scope mount looks to be a civilean one, not the military mount (note the Redfield-markings).

Many original military '03A4 scope bases are marked Redfield just behind the right side windage screw. It's right as rain.
Had to dig out the file, sorry I mixed them up. See the attachement.
That's a nice diagram. I have two '03A4 rifles; one with a WWII type one base and late issue Weaver M73B1 and the other with a type two and M82 scope. I have one spare type two base with rings.
I have four M1903A4 rifles, all with the Type I and Type II bases. Three carry the M73B1 scope, one the M84 scope. Still have four M73B1 scopes complete with rings and bases waiting for rifles around, plus an additional 330C scope. Wish I had a M82 aswell, to put it on one of my rifles (.. and a M81 - that would make a cool set of four different optics on M1903A4 rifles!). Congratulations to your rifle!
Back to the point of the thread  I would buy said rifle as a 100% 1903A4, with character!
Which I do appreciate as opposed to some folks!
On a good day I would hope I could get it for 1,800 - 2,000, but if its out in the real world it will probably go higher in a bidding situation!
If it were on auction at CMP, I would expect it to top 3,500.
So as to its value, it all depends!!!
It's the real deal in MHO....
Cheers
