You mean the spent round sitting on top of the cloth case? I believe that is actually an illusion. None of the cases I picked up had any dents in them. It seem to extract fine. I think the "dent" is light reflecting off of the tapered neck.Quote:

Yes, casings get dented from this rifle at times. Not to worry, the military doesn't worry about empty condition, they just salvage it out anyway.
