Like Brian says, so far, this rig looks genuine - but then we haven't seen all the correct pictures to be sure, in particular we haven't seen teh scope - and I am not sure about that cheek-piece for a start...
If genuine, then the value is all down to the condition of the rifle and its bore, as well as checking exactly how much it is as-issued, and how much has been messed-about-with in civilian life.
Alan's estimate of $3000 seems a reasonable guess in the USA, would be a bit higher in the UK - if all correct.
