Just a follow-up on the OP.
I went ahead and ordered one from the ebay sale. It arrived with no top/dipper. The leather seal was replaced with neoprene and it had a poor, irregular phosphate refinish as Inland thought. Not worth shipping back to Greece so 'S'-canned it. Left seller a message but haven't heard back yet. (I.E. - Junk)

Sorry you were the Guinea Pig, Harlan. I got burned about a year ago on a so called "NOS" HVAC part that had been installed, and was even falling apart inside. It was only about $30, but I went through the resolution center and got most of my money refunded. Seller still insisted in his feedback that it was my fault somehow. Thanks for letting us know to avoid this guy. - Bob

I've seen parts on Ebay marked as being in Greece, wondered about dealing with them. I dealt with them face to face years ago and found them less than stellar so I had my misgivings here.
