As for the BCG, speculation is all we have at this point. SP1s of the early 1970s have been seen with serrated (forward assist) notches and without, chrome bolts and without. I'd like to see what the OP has.

The Edgewater buffers were all replaced by 1968 as Jim stated problems with full auto. If
you find one for sale the going price is around $250 to $275

I had a S/A 5 digit that had just about everything upgraded by the time I was finished with it. The older stuff was starting to fail and we'd just started with the new C7 so...rebuild time...
