Suggest you clean the chamber and bore, run a few dry patches to get out the oil... Shoot a few rounds of Prvi... If still shooting low, take a little off the top of the front sight blade with a file... Go slow, won't take much filing to bring the POA up to where you want it. Metal in the front sight blade is hard stuff, use a good file.
