In Israel, while they are expected to carry a weapon off duty, they are prohibited from having a magazine in the weapon (rifles only) in public places. With the carbines, you see the stock pouches, and with the AR platform, they have a gizmo that slips into the mag well and holds a magazine at a 90 degree angle like these.Quote:
