I believe I Found it. Appears to be older production as follows ....
line gun accessories, Bridger Shoulder Line Throwing Gun, Line throwing device, Line launcher, brass projectiles, float projectiles, shot lines, canister, training video
Brass rods and other accessories also available.
What does the rest of rod look like? How long is it?
I think so, i used to have one that was in a wooden chest, the handle was on the underside of the barrel. Had a piece of paper and a picture with it saying it came from HMAS AUSTRALIA, bit hard to believe as the ship was scuttled 20 odd years before the gun was made!
Big suppliers to the UK and NATO Military too Geoff.
I bought a Van from a Garage that was in the Docks in *******, the van came from company down south who used to maintain all life saving gear for merchant ships, fishing vessels, pleasure craft etc, there was still some contents from various things in the back, two items of interest were the rockets from the line throwers, quite basic and with a primer in the back for ignition......... quite a job to set them off at 25ds with a .22 rimfire but eventually we struck lucky......... certainly some thrust in them.
