Is your Polish M44 one of the unissued ones? I've got one of them and they're beautiful rifles. IMO, the best finished Mosin Nagants ever built.

I think so, I haven't received it yet. From the pics its in excellent + condition. The seller said he bought it "brand new" and that he only fired 20rds of of S&B softpoints through it.

I'll post pics when I get it.
