Springfield Armory's (Springfield, Mass) experimental folding stocks were not based on the M14E2 design. Springfield Incorporated had a few commercial designs they sold from the late 1970's thru the early 1980's, made from E2 stocks lacking all the hardware.
If I remember I saw two different ones, but because they were not US GI, I did not pay attention and had no interest. I do not remember seeing one with the front swivel attached to the grip. That is probably a homemade alteration.
