Can't Tell
Thanks again for the insight Mr. Jim I simply cannot tell. This is the best these tired eyes (and camera) could do. Sorry for the aggravation fellas.

They marked them so you know the manufacturer in case it has any issues, to find out the error. The markings however were not supposed to last for collectors 70 years later, or at least they didn't bother on that.
