The whole planet is pretty rife with civil unrest there is no good news anymore just poverty, war with many country's GDP's on the verge of collapse with soaring debt plus you cannot tell me the Ukraine episode is responsible for the calamity nations are facing.
They gave up on Africa because there is so much violence happening there on a daily basis plus starvation on an unprecedented scale that the world has put them on a backburner.
