new cmp ammo limit

Run into dealers at shows with SPAM cans of 30.06 that people claim were derived from the CMP. For the most part, the price of the stuff seems to be on wind. It's sort of like . . "How much money do you have in your pocket?"

Anybody know the going rate these days for clipped 30.06 ammo outside of the CMP? Could use some!

Recent gun show spam can 192 on clip - $160
Haven't seen it around much to price it.

I ordered two spam cans 240 rounds each in feb, It has been delivered, Bright and shiny HXP 69.

CMP is working on orders from late Jan early Feb. Should not be long now. My carbine ammo was ordered in Jan and delivered late last month. Hang in there!

Received 3 cans LC today.Ordered 2/12.Thank you CMP.

I bought some cans earlier in the year, before the announcement. When does the CMP start counting, from Jan 1 or April 10?

I think that they count within the last year, but I'm not positive.

Orest says April 10th
If you had an order in before April 10th it does not count against your new 10 cans a year limit.
