7.62x54R ammo spam can. Need help identifying.

I forgot my wifes B/day (1st Oct) so not a hard one to remember penny dropped when her sister & partner rocked up about midday with balloons & cake, I felt like a right chump......!:banghead:

It was suggested in a video I saw. Allows the can to remain in display condition. Wasn’t too hard. I used an old putty knife and hammer to cut the whole.
