I don't see HOW they can make that claim (90%). Surely most of the rifles are AK-47s, and I don't think they are made here in the US. Are they?

The Mexican goverment supplied the ATF with about 20,000 serial #'s and descriptions. ATF says 90% came from US, so 18,000.
What obama and his cronies and the left wing media is not telling is that the Mexican goverment confiscates over 200,000 illegal weapons every year, so 18,000 of 200,000 is 9%. Out of all the guns confiscated 9% came from the US. Why didn't the Mexican goverment supply the other 180,000 to the US, because the all ready knew where they came from, stolen from their own goverment and smuggled across the boarder with Nicaragua.
The anti gun politicians and media always twist the facts to get there agenda past.
If the borders were closed...problem solved. PrezBO does not have that in mind same as Bush. Curbing illegals both directions is not an option. We are living a nightmare with the libs who can look you in the face and tell you lies stonefaced! PrezBO and Congress has been very quiet on gun control..this really should make all nervous! Lets see, he is going to close gitmo, bring the detainees to the US and settle them among us and make laws to make us the criminals.
