There has been a short series called Deep Wreck Mysteries on TV here about wreckage around the coast. One, north of N Ireland shows a wreck loaded with Shermand laying on the ocean floor with what looks like a few half track front axles and complete rear track.wheels/bogies/wreckage that's spilled out onto the ocean floor. Presumably where it fell as deck cargo. The chassis and bodywork are totally rusted out. Mind you, not as bad as the Kettenrad that's being restored elsewhere in this section of the Forum

If it's the one I'm thinking of, the Shermans were deck cargo on a bulk freighter carrying Ore and a salvage company removed the Shermans and dumped them to the side so they could rip the deck off to get to the valuable Ore.

Sooooooo last week I got the last fender on, reshot paint on the body and let it sit. The last gauge for the dash also showed.
Im waiting on the star templates and hood ord number templates so I can paint them on soon.
today I pulled her out for the first fully finished body shots. Still need some small stuff like another gas can, a few more machine guns etc but all the hard stuff is done
