Rancho; In the meantime, soak your bolt in solvent for a few days. During this period take it out of the solvent several times - work the extractor, ejector plunger and firing pin. Dry it off and soak in gun oil. Drain excess and it should work fine. Take-down is still required when you get the tool, but this should make sure that it works.

In working the extractor and ejector plunger, I use an old spent carbine case... I just put it in a the bolt face then take it out - alot.

Thanks phil441.......will do. free is good. Also lots of good ideas with the clear bag and pre-soaking with oil. Back in the truck shop we used to call them "Jesus clips" cuz that was the only person who stood a chance of finding them.
