Again, thanks for all the input it's highly appreciated. I have now had the rifle apart and the only matching numbers are; receiver, barrel and trigger guard. The bolt is "matching" but I dont trust it's the original one though. It almost looks new when taken apart and there is no number on top of the bolt sleeve.
Anyway it's a nice looking gun, the bolt action is extremely smooth and last but not least my first K98 so it's absolutely a keeper :thup:
