I've never seen it, I believe that it could be possible, but I believe that it would be unlikely as I doubt that they would remark a component.Quote:

I suspect that it's a case of someone confusing the Canadian Acceptance mark for the Canadian Arsenal mark which would be easy to do if it's partially or lightly struck.
