Hello everybody,
Yeah, that's it : just landing here ...
I picked up the scent of a "catastrophic failure" of a Lee Enfield rifle from another forum.
Ok now, well let's see what it's all about ...
Cheers,

Hi everyone, I found this site through the Cast Boolits site. I have an interest in learning more about military rifles, 1903 Springfield in paticular.
I would like to get some thoughts and opinions on 2 groove barrels versus 4 groove barrels. I have aquired a sporterized 03 that needs to have the barrel replaced because the one that is on it is pitted too badly to shoot cast boolits cleanly. I have found a new replacement Remington barrel that is marked "1944" and is 2 groove. Would this barrel be a good choice to have installed on my new rifle, or do you think it would be better to wait until I find a 4 groove barrel for my new old Sprinfield?
Thanks, Ken.
Hi all,
I just registered and hope to learn some things about the Lee Enfield. I just got a no. 5 and found it is shooting low and now I'm looking for different sight blades. Hope to get to know this community as time goes on. take care

I'm the new kid on the block. OK, I'm not a kid any more at 68. I'm very into G.I. Carbines and Garands. Got a nice .303 in the safe as well. If I mess something up in a post feel to set me straight. Glad to be a member.

Hi all,
New to the forum and am a keen collector of enfield bolt actions, especially .22 training rifles, armourer tools and accessories.
