The price is well worth it.
They are now about 1/4 of what they were before.
Optics are superb and wish the originals had glass that good. Technology has come a long way in optics,
The movements are a not the best but I have tarted up several so they will hold zero and e repeatable.
They are a bugger to work on as they have been RTV 'd together and thank God I have the wrenches to disassemble the 32 scope.
I have even broken lens wrenches taking them apart due to the RVT.
However they can be tightened up to a decent scope and at the price you cannot lose, if even just for looks on a No.4(T)
For the money they are now selling for, they are one hell of a deal and might see about getting one or two just for parts.

As to who made them, it could be one of three or four makers but it looks like each maker only did a very small run of them.
