Howdy All,
New to the forum, Name is Jon most just call me Gunny, retired military,
avid Military Rifle Collector for last 23 years, covering British, Russian, US and Romanian rifles.
From what I've seen thus far this is awesome forum, and full interesting facts, information and
learning is daily...
Salute !!!
I've had a life long interest in firearms, though I'm more of a shooter than a collector only.
Hi everyone i have just brought my first mk4 and i hope to find more information through the site
Here is a recent addition to my collection, a Type 99 Nagoya cutback Sniper Rifle in 7.7 mm with the 2.5X scope (as opposed to the more common 4X) These rifles are only recorded as being manufactured in the 5100-7000 serial number range, so I think this piece is likely in the very rare category. Mum is not ground, but is struck 3 times in the manner associated with field capture 25 1/2 barrel, and scope has clear optics.
Hi
My name is Pete. I did my training at the Army Apprentice College, Carlisle, joining intake 62C.
I then served for 9 years in various parts of the world, working on all the usual weapons in use by the British Army.
On leaving, I worked for Interarms UK. in Manchester for six years. I worked on refurbishing military weapons and manufacturing new sporting rifles.
