Thanks for having me on your boards. I am an Irish man abroad and I suspect your members might sympathise with my illness. Old guns talk to me and old military rifles positively won't shut up. I did my military training on the smle #4 mark 2 but am interested in everything old. My latest addition is a webley mark iv. Thanks for providing such a great source of knowledge.
Hello MilSurp members. I enjoy collecting and shooting MilSurps and plan to shoot at Camp Perry this August in all the CMP vintage matches...

Hi All,
Hope I can be helpfull by helping others. I've been collecting since I was 14 & my taste in firearms is varied, as is my knowledge on guns. If I can help with information I will.
Cheers; Mal
I'm a new member, posting for the first time. I have a number of 03s, Garands, and German military handguns. Just looking to increase knowledge about them. Thanks.
I am very new , having just signed up today. My user name is prairiedog and I am an old prairiedog hunter, 75 last Feb.. I have a few old millitary arms. the oldest is a 1914 mfg 1911. All corrrect now that I have replaced the grips. My latest is a M52D Win. Actually the M700 40X .22rf is the newest in term of mfg date. Actually the 94 Swedish Mauser might be the oldest gun. Not sure. Max

hi folks!
I am new to the whole collecting field. I am under the same name on CGN.
I spent many years in the cadets and militia and my dream is for the FN to be de-prohibited but I doubt that will ever happen.
I am looking at mostly keeping my collection to miltary rifles and keeping my shooting over iron sights.
Presently I have a Norinco M14 (all wood stock), a 1954 Tula SKS, a 1943 Maltby Mk4 No.1, and a Norinco NP17 pistol (the T-33 knockoff).
I am looking to add a Mauser 98K, a Mosin Nagant and possibly an Ariska to finsh things off.
I have been directed to this site a few times for answes on some of my questions on my Lee Enfield and I really appreciate the advice!
Hello I am new to military surplus rifles and plan to use this site as a reference to my Mosin Nagant 1891/30 and for suggestions upon further collection
