Hello all. I have been a lurker for some time, just haven't committed. Maybe I foresee an addiction I cant afford. The only milsurp weapon I own is my Mossberg 44US, with a low SN. I dont really count my M1A scout to be a milsurp, but its close. Anyway Im looking into getting a M1 Garand in the near future and I know this forum will have all the info I need. Time for me to start searching and reading.
Just wanted to say hello and look forward to interacting with like minded collectors.
looking for some help!
I was in Iraq in 2003-2004 with 3/15 3rd Infantry Division. I was issued a M1200 trench gun!!! I had to break 4 down to make one good combat one.
I have everything I need to build a M1200 EXCEPT the HEAT SHEILD! Where can I get one of these!?!? I have looked everywhere. I also could use a correct but stock (With swivel cut out) but this is seconday.
Can anyone help or advise!?!?
Kind Regards
Seth Cole

Hello. I wanted to stop in and say hello. I wanted to see what others are saying about the .30 M-1 Carbine and maybe get some good info. I live in Louisiana and my Dad was a veteran who landed at Utah beach in Normandy on D-Day. He is gone now, but I carry on non the less. I hope you are all well and I thank you for letting me join this forum.
Hello every body,
Pleasure to you read.
