I had an HK USP at one time some years back now. It ate anything we fed it...reloads or factory and lead or jackets and any profile or weight of bullet. It shot flawlessly and never missed a beat. I think mine had the flush barrel...no threads. I just didn't like the different mag release but shot lots through it until someone else needed it.Quote:

But I’m really happy. I accomplished my task and spent a whole day without feeling captive. I had a few artisan made beers during the ordeal, but not enough to make the handling of the saw dangerous.
Carabinieri drove by 2 times, police once and civil protection once too. I always waved and thanked them, although I sometimes think that right now, they are the armed hand of possible oppression. Unwilling, but still bond by the oath of obedience.
I wonder what would have happened if we all were “lowlifes” instead of honest citizen (and taxpayers)...
I never saw them around my house, or in my forlorn little village before... Irritating enough.
Defcon stays at three. I’d like to lower it to four, but I don’t trust the government at all...

We had thought the numbers were going down here in PA but it's not looking like it now. They aren't really going up either so hopefully it is at least stabilizing. Tomorrow we have 10,000 idiots converging on the state capital because they are incapable of following instructions. I expect new outbreaks all over the state in about two weeks which will keep us shuttered for another month.
People complain about everything, the masks don't work, health care people are getting it with better masks, blah, blah, blah. Losing patience with them all. Getting burned out by the news so took the weekend off. Back to working around the house tomorrow.

On another happier note Ovidio's backyard sojurn against a tried and well ensconced enemy showed that with true grit and tactical advantage (Saw) victory was never in question, though I am quite sure Ovidio the law was not going to come around and try and argue with a mainiac swinging a saw whilst swigging on a beer they descreetly left you alone.........Lol Ovidio!
So sorry to hear that Charlie, such a waste of life.
I just hope, putting all the political retoric aside and sabre rattling, that someone comes clean with this virus bto ensure it never happens again for the sake of our Grand children.
First good news here in a while: the number of infected people has decreased for the first time since the beginning of this crisis. We have 20 infected less than yesterday. Small numbers, but together with the increase in those recovered and the decrease in the numbers of hospitalised and ICU patients, maybe we are starting to see some light at the end of this tunnel.
Still too many dead (454), but half the numbers we had one and two weeks ago.
C'mon, c'mon!!!
