Charlie, you gotta hang on to that stock, that's so bad it's cool. Maybe find some salvage grade parts and build up a real monster. Every once in a while you see ugliest gun competitions, you got the start on a winner there!
Jeez charlie, I have to look for the pics a few years back I picked up Chinese loan-lease Rem. high number 03. Had a bullet hole thru the forend of the stock with tin wrapped around it and about 25 shoe tacks holding it all together.
Thats all I wan't to know about the difference. The one in question was a mix of good and fake parts, therefor the buyer got ripped. Building a correct carbine is O.K. Thanks.....Frank
