Gingercat - Yes, you are spot on with your ID of the drill rounds. I collect all British military SAA but am particularly fond of the .303 inch drill rounds and have over one hundred different.
Here are a few as an example:

1st pattern Mark I (Boxer case)
2nd pattern Mark I (Berdan case)
Mark II
Mark III
Late (1927) Mark III for Royal Navy
