Hello Everyone
Just stumbled on this site while doing some research on my first milsurp rifle buy and was going through some old threads and found great info. Thanks.

I noticed that one member was curious about "Stinger" .22 ammo.
FYI (in case no one else has called it) Stinger is a CCI product.
I have some that is at least 14 years old and it performs flawlessly in my Ruger
22/45 MK2.
Thanx, Luke418
Hello guys,
I’ve been prompted into introducing myself on the forum!
I’m an Arms Dealer and importer of ammunition [Barnaul distributor]. I have a military background, a Major RNZIR {ret}. Professionally qualified QS, and a hunting and shooting nut since as far back as I can recall. Been shot once and been shot at, so very selective as to whom I hunt with.
Have a very soft spot for the .303Brit, my first rifle was a 1903 BSA with so much headspace that it singed my eyebrows each time I fired!@ Currently have several .303’s including a mongrel No4.(T).
Have family and friends in Russia and travel back there often.
Yeah, that’s me!

Hi, I am new to this forum. Had a couple of #1 Mk3's for a few years and then got hold of a few mixed guns. Mainly got Brit/Aussie military now, only been really collecting for the last 6 months. Been very lucky with help finding guns to go into the collection. Iam also starting to collect a few .410 shotguns, just like the little buggers.
Have been very lucky from one collector selling off his collection and scored his 303 head stamp collection, has a few hundred HS in the collection. Also getting a collection of 303 rounds from around the world, and a collection of civilian ammunition as well form same person.
I will attempt to take some photos if anybody is interested.
Iam looking forward to more visits to the forum and so far its been bloody great.
cheers and thanks to those who have already made contact with me.

Just like to say hello to the forum being a new recruit i thought it wise to introduce myself before i choose my bed space,my username is grafton (alas Pete Wilson) I have many interest's in all types of firearms from matchlocks to center fire which includes a Mosin Nagant sniper,a SMLE no 4 and a Mauser I also have many muzzle loader's and black powder cartridge rifles which I shoot regularly.I just found this forum after trying to google for info on a bayonet for the SMG sterling which I am making a half size model,I had a sterling as my personal weapon during my army service but alas after forty two years i cant remember if the SLR 1A1 would fit.Bye for now i have a lot of back post to read
