Hi from the ottawa valley . I am a bit of a gun nut and collect about anything fire arm related Just been going thru the Ross rifle forum. I have several of them. One is a nice M10 factory sporter in 280. Have shot it and take it moose hunting. Have yet to bag one with it. ERC

Hi everyone,new to the site and sks rifles.I purchased a Type 56 Chinese rifle and ammo today and need to find out some things about it and this site seem to be the one that can answer some questions I have.I have been surfing the site so as not to beat a dead horse and not ask questions that have been asked a million times. This is the first time I have visited and posted on MILSURPS.com. I just started collecting weapons but have been collecting Korea War memorabilia for some time. I am a member of the Korean War Veterans Association but I am not a Korean War Veteran. I am what they call a Korean Service Veteran. I served in South Korea from 1974 until 1977. Because of this I have a fascination with the Korean War.
