not an 08/15 but an amazing tripod. Does anybody have any trench mounts that they can show on the posts or even for sale - any pattern?

So, that's the aircraft version?
Jim this is the Bergmann 15 and as far as I am aware not used on aircraft. The parabellum may be the one you are thinking of. The Bergmann 15 was designed for manoeuvre MG use before the MG08/15 became the norm.
