Hi All
New member to full bore and looking forward to finding out everything possible about my Schultz & Larsen M98 Mauser.
I've been shooting for a few decades. My pop was a WW2 and Korea vet so I always had interest in military arms from his era. Started "collecting" in the late 70's with my first Mauser.
I don't hunt for meat anymore so most shooting is at targets for fun or educating kids.
My collection will never be complete (though my spouse might disagree) unless I win a lottery.
Current inventory of military arms includes one or more of the following.
Mauser: 91, 93, 95, 96, 98
Arisaka: 38, 99
Ross 1905
Enfiled: Mk III, P14, No. 4, 2A1
Springfield: 1873, 1896, 1917, 1903A1, 1903A3, 1903A4
Garand
M1 Carbine
Hello I am new member.
Hello all, I've been gathering info on 2 Smith Coronas I've had the luck to get ahold of. From what I have learned so far this is the place to be, so it was time to join and support this fine forum.
I am also a S&W fan and spend time on the S&W forum under the same screen name. Also on the Colt forum.
Thanks for having me aboard, Gary.
Hello to all other members. I am a Lee Enfield collector as well as a Canadian first war collector. I love but am not limited to uniforms, webbing, bayonets and rifles. Always interested in learning new things and look forward to spending some time on this site.

Hello all.
Glad to have found this site. Hope to learn quite a bit from this wealth of knowledge.
Thanks for having me aboard. I have been interested in guns all my life, and military guns in particular. I have a pretty good collection of books for research but forums like this add to my knowledge as much as the printed page.
First time poster. Interested in Springfield/Rock Island 1903's and 03A3's.
Hello all from Northern Nevada. Been collecting some, mostly WW1 and 2 for a while. I
enjoy reading your posts.
