Hello everyone. Longtime lover of military surplus rifles.
I was recently given a Destroyer carbine. I really like it and am freshening it up. I also have a Astra pistol in 9mm Largo. I am looking for some bolt parts, firing pin, or a complete bolt. I am into MILSURPS items, pistols, rifles etc. Looking forward to participating in this community.
Hi, Love this site. Glad to be aboard. My question concerns a cartridge belt I have hanging on my wall. It has some numbers and letters on the back of the outfit that used it. I am just hoping that someone with a military background can give some info. Thanks
Howdy fellow shooters!
I've been shooting for about 50 years, starting with indoor .22 rifle. I love to shoot, but don't hunt. Varmints are OK though.
Surplus rifles have been my biggest interest, but retirement has given me more time to try longer range shooting in .223 and .308. Thank gosh for reloading and casting, otherwise I'd go broke shooting my revolvers and rifles.
Cheers from British Columbia !!

Cheers and thanks for your patience
Just stopped to say hello, looking for info on my new to me Model of 1922 22lr training rifle. I haven't seen one like this as mine has a bull barrel. It's missing the rear Lyman site, so I'm looking for the correct one

Hi all
My name is Jon, I never join internet forums however this one seems particularly useful.
I have always been interested in SMLEs but only just acquired my first one recently, a Lithgow no.1 MKIII, in aesthetically rough condition, but shoots above average. My intentions are to use it in service rifle shoots while continuing to collect and learn more about Lee Enfields. Ultimately I would like to build a functional copy of an Australian HT sniper SMLE.
Also interested in high-end european, vintage .22 rifles.
Cheers
Jon
