Hi all, greeting from Virginia!
Hi everyone. I'm new here and looking forward to meeting you all!
Hi
My name is Terry Dougherty. I'm from Edmond, OK. I have 3 enfield rifles. I have 2 Savage rifles and 1 Maltby rifle. I cast bullets and reload. My most recent purchase was a Savage with a 2 groove barrel. I want to shoot lead bullets and is the main purpose of purchasing the last Savage rifle. I have a number of US military rifles and pistols.
I got interested in collecting because my dad was a WWII veteran. He was in the Army and served in the China, Burma, India theater. He made it back in one piece. Not even wounded.
He passed away last March at 93 years old. I am sure proud of him.
Hi - I am a regular shooter (12-ga trap & 9mm target). I have a 1914 DWM P08, 9mm, Serial #5631. It is fully functional (shoots nice, beautiful trigger-pull!), with matching # magazine. I would like to know if it is possible to determine the date (or at least month) of manufacture, and/or if any other information might be available for this weapon.
Also have an old Browning (A5) patent REMINGTON 12-ga. shotgun, which I'm just having refurbished with a new Calico AAA-grade walnut stock & forend (old one finally cracked after only 90 years of use).
If anyone knows about the Luger, let me know. Brent

Hi folks. I am a former member of the Surplus Rifle forum and I have several rifles. It is just one of my hobbies and one of my favorites. I have several m1903a rifles and 2 of them are great looking guns but the barrels need replacement. Maybe someone on the forum could guide me on the best source for there replacement.
Hey Guys,
New member, also quite new to the collecting world. Currently have Bren & Lee-Enfield No4. Aiming to either buy or get EM-2 built. I absolutely love the EM-2, so if anyone knows where one in the UK is, you are a friend for life!
Been collecting M/Surps for a while. Have 3 Nagants, a '39 Mauser, '42 Arisaka, '54 Garand, and a new to me 1918 SMLE MKIII* that shoots like a dream. Developed a nice .303 174 SMK load using RL15.
Joined several years ago but have never had occasion to post until now.
I have a couple of Ross resto projects on the go and that is why i cruise around the site. Just yesterday my wife received her grandfathers Lee Enfield mark iii*. If someone could point me in the right direction on the site i would like to find out some info about it.
It is sporterized at present but she wants to restore it to it's original form.
Yes, she is a rare women!
Pleasure to join this forum. I have been bitten by the Milsurp bug and have acquired a few rifles. Some of which I hope to get a little insight on from those of you with much more knowledge than I!!! Probably will be posting some questions soon.
