Greetings
Hello. I'm not a "collector" in the normal sense...I inherited dad's '67 purchased, through the NRA ads from American Rifleman, 1919 1911 Colt and Inland M1 carbine, both arsenal guns.
Although I mainly a clay's shooter, I recently took a new interest in old military rifles and purchased a M1903A3, serial # 4139XXX.
I'm looking forward to investigating all the info here. Thanks.
Lonnie

Getting Started
Just bought my first milsurp and fifth firearm - a No1Mk3* 1917 by RSAF Enfield with all matching numbers aside from magazine :) . Stock is beat to hell but the rifling and headspace are good and after shooting her, I don't think I could ever sell! Looking forward to soaking up some of the info on Enfield's and the other surplus rifles I will have to buy!

Hello from Kansas
Hello my name is Gary and I've been interested in military history for years. So I decided to try my hand at rebuilding military firearms. First up is a 1903 Springfield, more on that later. Thanks Gary
