Howdy.
I am new to this forum having just discovered it, but not new to military firearms and artifacts. I have been collecting (acccumulating), restoring, and using, military firearms since my first P-14 acquired somewhere around 1950. Since then I have filled the house with just about one example of all infantry small arms including a Vickers Mk I. (Sorry, the Vickers and Bren are deactivated :-))
Always interested in parts, pieces, manuals, literature, and other historical firearm info sources. Looking forward to using this site and hopefully contributing.
hello all, new to this forum but seems like a knowledgeable bunch. Glad to be aboard.
Mike
I Have a couple Milsurps and get a kick out of getting the old guns in working order again. I am a student so money Impedes my collecting. I'm a Member on CGN as Turkeyslayer1300.
Am a newbie to military surplus but am oldie to collecting.
I like military history and have items from a Roman sword (gladius) and helmets to M14, LE, Mosin Nagant, Garand, M1 30 cal., etc.
My nickname (not my choosing) came when 3 deer came out to me on the same run during the Fall hunt several years ago. Yes, all three with a pump shotgun. sorry peta.:surrender:

 Hi the board,
been registered for a long time, but never got round to posting. Now that another board I have been on, even from before it was taken over by another name and then another, how the years pass by:-( Sadly this has been wasted by spam due to technology or rather lack of it. Not jumping ship just getting in before the rush. I see this is going to be a challenge getting used to working out how to post pics and so on, been trying since January:-))) So will start hopefully adding my interests & get info from the longer standing members here.
British rifles and carbines plus militaria in particular fifes and drums & bugles are the hobbies, now all dwindling, but have a few still needing retoration.& still enough wind to sound the cookhouse call. Never too old to learn about how to do it better & easier etc. Got to go, chow's on the table. Cheers Neil.
Hi, new member in Ohio, interested in Military Surplus firearms. I currently have an Enfield #4, MK 1, a Mosin-Nagant 91/30 and a Romanian WSSR-0
Consider myself a collector of opportunity. When a "rare opportunity" arises I tell the wife I couldn't resist. I have a couple of Enfields, A three some of Mausers, a couple of Mosin-Nagants and an SKS. Nice to be among kindred spirits.
I had a collection once upon a time and then went through the "D" word, needless to say I have started again and am enjoying the fellowship of fellow milsurp owners. I currently have a 1940 Mosin-Nagant (Tula), A Chinese T53, a 1970 Yugo SKS, and a 1918 BSA MkIII. :beerchug:
Hello, I'm new here and new to computers in general. But, I'm not new to firearms. I like to shoot hipower and small bore. Sometimes I shoot bulls eye. Old eyes have slowed me down but, I still enjoy it! Best regards, CALUSMC
