Help With identification of unusual pouches

I had some pouches follow me home that I am unfamiluar with, I have my one guess perhaps somone can confirm or shread my instincts?
Here is one.

I've never seen one that yellow looking. Normally the ones I've seen are about OD3.

I think that is the photo. It is Kaki in person. I thought that it might be for for the Pederson device.Now I suppose I will have to find one of those. :D

Number two.
M-1 carbine with extra storage space?

That one's a standard M2 carbine pouch. Meant to take two 30 rd mags and extra ammo on clips.

This one has me stumped. Marked Stag MFG. C. Shotgun.

Is it a bag like? For the shotgun cleaning rod?

Perhaps. It seems rather flimsy for a sectional rod though.Seems disposable with fabric similar in weight to bandoleer fabric.

Yes, that's about right. It's not a military item. It's just to hold it together at home.
