Luis, the best way is to bead blast , parkerize and then spray with Suncorite. Perma blue is ok for touch up or small bits, but there are better products

I think oxpho blue and perma blue are similar products...

Suncorite 259 is still available in the UK but is ex surplus stock, think the dates are from 2006,
Suncorite is now Bonderite | EMC
For large cold bluing you may want to consider Van's Instant Gun Blue. Warm the parts with a heat gun prior to application for the best results.

Use a solvent based de-greaser, dry it off and ensure its dust free, apply a very light coat of primer (preferably black or dark grey) and several coats of good quality aerosol matt black.
Allow the paint to flash off in-between coats, nice even coats is the thing here. Let it all dry for 24 hours and simply buff up with a micro fibre cloth to the desired semi matt finish.
